Assembly 313 is the home of the 4th Degree Knights from the following three Councils: 1487, from Ashland Kentucky, Council 11191 from Prestonsburg Kentucky, and Council 15063 from Pikeville Kentucky.

The 4th Degree Knights are the "visual" arm of the Knights and are the Knights you see in full regalia of a cape, sword, baldric, and hat. We lead processions, are an "honor guard" to the Pope when he is in the area, and we do many things to help raise the image of the Knights.
